ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 are two of the world’s most recognised international standards. While they serve different primary purposes, they share a common structural framework to help organisations improve operations.

We’re believe in continuous improvement at Prime Controls. Which is why we are proud to be part of a Group that works hard to introduce new processes to ensure our service and support exceeds customer expectations.
These audits only represent a slice of what we’ve been doing behind the scenes to create a more efficient customer experience.
This year we have continued to invest in our Quality Team to ensure anything that leaves our facility is subject to the highest quality standards.
We have also reflected on ways we can reduce our environmental impact and implement more sustainable practices. From supporting retrofit projects to installing wireless controls into our own facilities, we believe it’s important to prioritise energy efficiency and reduction.
