Your data is provided to us via account opening forms, customer contact and online enquiries. We
do not create customer profiles nor do we use cookies on our website.
Date we store/use
Company Name, invoicing addresses, delivery addresses, individual contact details, bank account details for invoicing. If payment is made via credit/debit card we do not store these details, they are processed over the phone, we do not request/accept payment via email.
How we use your data
To process your orders submitted to us, we work together with different companies who are responsible for payment processing and logistics. We ensure that our partners comply with the data protection regulations. This means we pass on your address data and email addresses to the respective transport company who then delivers the ordered products to you.
To contact you for the purposes of targeted offers of services and products tailored to your needs
through our mailshots of which can be unsubscribed at any point.
How we store your data
Your data is stored securely and on specially protected servers which are protected by technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification and dissemination of your data by unauthorised persons.
How long will the data be stored for
Your data will be stored whilst trading and after trading commences for the purpose of sales history, unless you request that it be deleted, in which case you should contact us.
What rights do you have regarding your data
You have the right to request information about your stored data, its origin, it’s recipients and the purpose of its collection. You also have the right to request that it be correct or deleted at any time?
